The manicurist was quite rough with my nails! I got cut multiple times and had to pull my hand away several times. It seemed like she didn't want to do my nails at all. I won't be returning here.
I asked for a specific nail design (first photo) but ended up with something completely different (last photo). 1. No cuticle care was done at all. My cuticles were untouched. 2. I wanted a simple French tip, but got a messy purple tip placed too high on the nail. 3. The acrylics were unevenly shaped. Overall, I don't recommend this salon and won't be returning.
My sibling recommended this nail salon to me about 2 1/2 months ago. We used to frequent Diamond Spa Bar, but it was always too crowded. I appreciate the customer service here, and the person, Alex, who does my nails each time does an excellent job. Today, Cindy assisted me as Alex was busy. I also had a lavender pedicure which was very relaxing. I highly recommend this place.
