Let me begin by saying that I left with a hair color I didn't choose because the Key added a green hue last minute, assuming it would be a great idea, without confirming with me and due to the language barrier. The haircut wasn't what I had in mind. Upon returning to address the issue and redo my hair, no assistance was provided. When I requested a refund, they flatly refused. To add insult to injury, upon checking my transaction, it seems that the Key tipped himself $20 without my consent. The total amount I paid already included his tip. There was no price list displayed in the salon, so they seem to charge as they please.
