I spent five years at Ulta and was excited to move to Tempe Marketplace for its larger size and new prospects. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to annoyance. Despite discussing my start date with management well in advance, I was informed on the supposed day of commencement that it would be delayed by an additional three weeks. This lack of timely communication was disheartening, making me wish I had looked into other locations.
Do not chance your hair with this Ulta salon. My mother visited today and returned with a dreadful hair outcome. The highlights are poorly blended, appearing brassy and yellow. Despite the stylist's claim of over 30 years of experience, my mother paid close to $300 for this catastrophe. We are deeply upset—they completely destroyed her hair. The photo will speak for itself.
