They USUALLY perform admirably on my hands and feet! Over the past 3 years, this is the first instance I've had to return and request them to redo my nails. Instead of rectifying the issue, they simply filed them a bit more and sent me off. For $55, I believe they should ensure that all nails are of the same length and shape... and also avoid leaving polish to dry in my cuticles. I'm quite upset that they didn't strive to correct this, considering I've been a loyal patron for years.
