They USUALLY perform admirably on my hands and feet! Over the past 3 years, this is the first instance I've had to return and request them to redo my nails. Instead of rectifying the issue, they simply filed them a bit more and sent me off. For $55, I believe they should ensure that all nails are of the same length and shape... and also avoid leaving polish to dry in my cuticles. I'm quite upset that they didn't strive to correct this, considering I've been a loyal patron for years. The outcome resembles something I could have done myself.
I received a basic pedicure and it was dreadful. It felt rushed, my feet were only soaked in warm water for 2 minutes, the massage lasted about 2 minutes as well but the most unpleasant part... instead of trimming my cuticles, she utilized a very rough grit square file and ACTUALLY SANDED OFF MY CUTICLES. OUCH! My toes are still stinging the following day.
I am extremely dissatisfied with my visit. I phoned on Saturday to book a pedi, the individual on the line informed me it was $30 for the basic pedi. Upon arrival, it turned out to be $35. Not a big deal. The pedicure felt incredibly rushed, almost as if it took only 20 minutes from start to finish. There was minimal customer service, aside from inquiring if I wanted a manicure. No basecoat was applied before the polish, and after just 4 days, it's already chipping and my cuticles are regrowing. For $35 plus tip, I anticipate more. I will not return. Save your money and go elsewhere.
