Kloyi is exceptional! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a challenging haircut and color. They achieved a vibrant red hue on my hair without bleaching and were very accommodating to all my requests. I will return and specifically request their services!
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Went in for a haircut and color. The stylist mentioned 15-20 minutes. Each stylist attending to a customer for a haircut seemed to be stalling, hoping the other would finish first to avoid serving me. When Alexis finally completed a haircut, a man arrived, and she asked if he had a preference. He chose her. She informed him it would be a short wait. I assumed she would apply color to my hair and cut his while mine processed. However, she allowed him to jump the queue and served him first. By this point, I had already waited 25 minutes. I decided to leave. If you prioritize male customers, please make it known. Highly unprofessional.
