The pharmacy in Tehachapi is the worst I've ever experienced in my 60+ years. It took 5 days to fill my prescription due to incompetent management and delayed pharmacist availability. As a cancer patient, timely access to my medication is crucial. Despite multiple calls, including to the store manager, they filled the wrong prescription and couldn't provide a clear timeline for correction. The incompetence and delays are unacceptable.
