They did a decent job but they don't do nail art, which was disappointing. They were friendly but not very engaging beyond just doing my nails.
Needed my gel x nails removed for work. Royal nails got me in within the next day! One of my nails broke off when I was on vacation, including my real nail :( but she was really careful around it & when filing it! Inexpensive & great customer service!
I had a standard manicure on July 3rd, photos of my nails on July 4th a day later and another from July 5th, as you can see, chipping and coming off.. Went in today, they said they could fix, but had to be right now, we were on our way to an event and I could not do it right at that moment, so she said, no guarantees on regular polish.. I paid 55$ for this, in my opinion, they should have refunded my money or offered a complimentary manicure at my convenience. I’ve gone to many other nail salons and gotten regular polish that’s lasted longer than a day, usually at least a couple weeks, needless to say, won’t be going back,
