Horrendous. Scheduled an appointment and managed to secure a same-day slot! I was thrilled. Arrived for my 1:00 appointment about 20 minutes early. I prefer to be early so I don't keep others waiting. I checked in, and the receptionist informed me that the stylist hadn't arrived yet. No big deal, I waited for a bit. She eventually strolled in 13 minutes late with an attitude. (I know it's not much, but now I have to wait for her to get organized). I wasn't comfortable entrusting my hair to someone who came in with a sour mood, so I decided to reschedule. As I was leaving, the (manager?) possibly, came running after me, saying she could cut my hair instead. She had been sitting there the whole time while I waited, doing a crossword puzzle... and only offered when I was leaving. I won't be returning here. They don't know how to treat customers. I understand people run late. But the situation could have been handled much better, rather than waiting for me to walk out before offering alternatives.

My hair reached the middle of my back. I instructed jordan to trim only 2 inches from the back and add layers in the front. He butchered my hair. Initially, he brushed it all back and started cutting from behind. I didn't realize the cuts were significant until it was too late. Jordan seemed to have an issue with alcohol, evident from his trembling hands. I don't judge those with alcohol problems, but he appeared completely worn out from years of abuse. After chopping my hair at the back, he proceeded to gather my hair without parting it and haphazardly trimming layers... At this point, I still wanted to trust the process. I should have bolted, but shock had not yet allowed reality to sink in. He ruined my long, beautiful hair. I requested curtain bangs, but he gave me blunt bangs reminiscent of my mom's 80s mushroom haircut. I cannot express how devastated I am. I had hoped another stylist would step in and inquire about my well-being, but they seemed to flee, as if they knew what was coming. Once he finished on each side, he grabbed a chunk of my front bangs (without sectioning) and simply snipped it. Twice. When I inquired about a specific area to cut, he hastily snipped it without discussion. It took me 5 years to grow my hair from shoulder-length to mid-back. It's ruined. All my efforts, all my bangs, everything. The long-haired photo is for reference to the pre-haircut look. The manager invited me for a fix, but it's still quite bad😕 She refunded my money ($42). She did what she could, but I'll be feeling regretful for at least the next couple of years. I'll be returning next week with Jackie.
