As I sit here completing my pedicure, I must say that Cham has exceeded my expectations! She provided meticulous care and attention, leaving my feet looking rejuvenated. Not only is she skilled, but she is also incredibly kind. If you are in need of a pedicure, I highly recommend visiting her - she is truly amazing! And don't forget to show your appreciation by tipping her generously!
Alright, so the last time I visited this nail salon, I had my nails done by a different technician and they turned out fantastic. However, when I walked in yesterday as a walk-in customer, I was assigned to the owner instead of the technician I was told would be doing my nails. The end result was not up to par. Upon closer inspection at home, I noticed various issues - they were bumpy, uneven, had bubbles, and did not resemble the white French tip I had requested. While I appreciate the effort the owner put into removing the old tips without damaging my nails, the overall finish is far from satisfactory. The dip powder did not cover my entire nail, and the design I showed was poorly executed. I am quite disappointed considering the high price of $70. I would like them to be redone by a different technician or a refund. The quality does not match the cost. [See pictures]
I had a positive experience when I visited this salon last year during the autumn season. However, my recent visit on 11/18/23 to get a full set was disappointing. I communicated to the technician that the length after cutting was fine. As the process continued, I realized that the nails on my right hand were significantly shorter than those on my left hand. When I pointed this out, the technician suggested cutting down the nails on the left hand to match the right, which I found unreasonable. I expressed my dissatisfaction and stated that I would not be paying for the service. The technician proceeded to remove the nails abruptly, causing discomfort, and left them cut since it was a full set. Additionally, there was a lack of apology for the inconvenience caused. (I believe the owner was the one handling my service, but I did not get her name.)
