Horrendous. Scheduled an appointment and managed to secure a same-day slot! I was thrilled. Arrived for my 1:00 appointment about 20 minutes early. I prefer to be early so I don't keep others waiting.
I checked in, and the receptionist informed me that the stylist hadn't arrived yet. No big deal, I waited for a bit. She eventually strolled in 13 minutes late with an attitude. (I know it's not much, but now I have to wait for her to get organized). I wasn't comfortable entrusting my hair to someone who came in with a sour mood, so I decided to reschedule. As I was leaving, the (manager?) possibly, came running after me, saying she could cut my hair instead. She had been sitting there the whole time while I waited, doing a crossword puzzle... and only offered when I was leaving. I won't be returning here. They don't know how to treat customers.
I understand people run late. Family owned establishment. I have frequented Lisa's services for 16 years. She possesses remarkable skills and a delightful demeanor. Appointments are a must, so remember to call in advance. I highly endorse their spa pedicure featuring a sugar scrub and menthol mask.
