WARNING!!! My spouse and I have been patrons for a couple of years, receiving mani-pedis from various technicians. On our last visit, the technician carelessly flicked debris onto my toes after cleaning my toenails. Disgusting and unsettling. I believe this may violate health regulations. Lilly, who was attending to my husband, noticed but did not intervene. She whispered to the technician beside her, who also glanced over. This behavior was unprecedented, so I'm unsure of the sudden change. I rinsed my feet in the water basin. The young receptionist, always answering calls, instructed me to select a color from a palette. I complied and showed her my choice. Suddenly, she loudly and dramatically fetched multiple palettes, causing the entire room to laugh at me as she shouted across the salon, holding a color book. Perplexed by her actions, I reiterated my selection and inquired about the commotion. She avoided eye contact thereafter. Once my nails were done, we departed. I could only assume her behavior stemmed from a previous visit where I had expressed confusion over color discrepancies between dip and gel polishes. Little did I know she held a grudge against me. To those who laughed, I hope you never experience such humiliation. Despite maintaining composure, we won't be revisiting this establishment! Similar incidents mentioned in other reviews are accurate. Beware, you could be the next target.
I've frequented this salon for 4 years, about 4 or 5 times annually. Despite always booking in advance, half the time I end up waiting. The final straw was during an appointment with 2 friends where only they received service while I waited. They finished before anyone acknowledged me. My mistake for not speaking up, but that's it, I won't be returning.
The proprietor Allen exudes a calming and attentive demeanor. Even when busy, he dedicates his focus solely to you, ensuring an exceptional experience. He meticulously crafts beautiful manicures and pedicures. Deliberate and composed. A delightful indulgence! The ombre design was fantastic!
