Arrived at 3:00 on a Saturday for a fill and was promptly attended to. The salon was serene, spotless, and well-lit, with a wide array of colors to choose from. The nail artist who worked on my nails did an exceptional job! They're currently offering a 20% discount for their grand opening, making it very budget-friendly; even at full price, it was reasonably priced. Overall, a fantastic experience, will definitely return!
Lisa the technician did my nails and she did a fabulous job, she's my new nail artist I will be visiting her from now on (Eustis or Apopka). She's incredibly kind, calm, and attentive to your preferences, whether it's color or designs, etc. 😁❤️
I phoned ahead and scheduled appointments for myself and a friend at 3:00. Upon arrival, they immediately began working on my friend while I waited for 25 minutes in cold water to be served. The individual who tended to my feet was extremely rough in all his actions. I was left unattended multiple times during my pedicure. The wrong color was almost applied until I intervened, he was on the verge of using an electric file to file down my nails until I clarified that I did not have gel polish on. Midway through the massage, he abruptly left to attend to something else, leaving me with lotion on my legs for 5 minutes. During the gel pedicure, he filed my nails and promptly applied another layer of polish without cleaning off the debris. The entire experience was unpleasant, which is why I did not leave a tip, to which he visibly expressed displeasure. As I walked to my car, I noticed that my nails were uneven and covered in nail debris that had been painted over. Upon returning, he suggested simply applying another clear coat. I reiterated multiple times that this would not resolve the issue. Eventually, he hurriedly tried to "fix" the problem, leaving my nails in a complete mess and the soles of my feet extremely tender and raw.
