Arrived slightly late, but still accommodated. Ended up with subpar nails and a demand for extra payment. Poor service, avoid at all costs.
Disastrous visit for gel manicure and pedicure. Rushed job, nails smudged and peeled within days. Waste of money for low-quality service.
Scheduled in advance, provided all info needed. Later, tried to cancel but encountered confusion and pushy behavior from staff. Disappointing experience overall.
