I joined Summer H.’s Gentle Hatha Yoga Class last week. It was extraordinary. This was the first time she included this class in her schedule. It was a restorative experience, akin to receiving a full-body massage after the session. Summer excels at providing clear verbal guidance and demonstrating the poses. The music infused the class with a calming atmosphere. As a final touch, she placed lemon-lavender cloths over our eyes at the end of the session. I wholeheartedly recommend this class!
A gentle radiance emanates from the nook of the Yucca Plaza. Filling the expanse with purpose as vast as desire and enduring as the yoga mats laid out to contain our practice. I have had the privilege of being part of this studio’s journey since its modest inception. In Harmony is a fitting business title, and Summer Hartbauer embodies a true business leader, embracing the feedback of her clients, patiently tailoring the schedule to suit the community's needs as we emerged from our pandemic cocoons and her studio flourished for the collective good. In harmony, under Summer's guidance, has crafted a compelling invitation to let go, recharge, and revel in the spiritual and physical manifestations of boundlessness and resilience. Grateful for In Harmony, eagerly anticipating more.
I'm exploring the Northern New Mexico region, and stumbling upon this studio has been a delightful surprise. The ambiance is serene and inviting, and I've found great joy in the classes and instructors. Summer and Rachel are exceptional. The Vin and Yin class is truly exceptional! It saddens me to depart and miss out on practicing with them, but I make it a point to return every summer or fall, ensuring I'll be back here next year.
