I joined Summer H.’s Gentle Hatha Yoga Class last week. It was extraordinary. This was the first time she included this class in her schedule. It was a restorative experience, akin to receiving a full-body massage after the session. Summer excels at providing clear verbal guidance and demonstrating the poses. The music infused the class with a calming atmosphere. As a final touch, she placed lemon-lavender cloths over our eyes at the end of the session.
