I chatted with Alex a few times over the past few months. Uncertain if they're the manager or in the billing department, but regardless, they were outstanding. Alex assisted me in unraveling a billing issue (not caused by Hand & Stone). They were empathetic and patient while delivering exceptional customer service. Surprising! A stark contrast to my usual encounters with most other companies. Sometimes, I worry that our business ethos no longer prioritizes customer service and genuine client care, but Alex proved me wrong. They went the extra mile to ensure a smooth resolution, and their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. Finding someone who genuinely takes the time to help is rare, and I appreciate their efforts.
