Honestly, my partner suggested this spot. On my initial visit for eyebrow shaping, the woman did an excellent job, exactly how I prefer it. On my next visit, a different woman did them, but I specified that I don't like thin brows with a high arch. She didn't follow my request, so I decided to let them grow back and try again. It's now June, my birthday month, and on the 7th, I got my nails, brows, and toes done. When I called ahead to inquire about the cost of medium acrylic French tip nails, Helen informed me it would be $60, $31 for the toes without gel, $12 for the brows, and an additional $7 for cuticle removal. During the service, an older man did my nails, and I requested them to be as long as $60 would allow, specifying medium length. He seemed confused about what medium length meant. After the services were completed, we went to the register to pay, and I was told the total was $135, although my calculations added up to $110. After some back and forth, the cashier offered a $5 discount, which I found unsatisfactory. To make matters worse, it's only been 5 days, and some of my nails already have new growth, indicating that the acrylic wasn't applied evenly, causing them to look like they've been on for over 2 weeks. Drove for over 30 minutes and arrived 20 minutes early. No one was at the reception for about 4 minutes. Then, I was told the last two appointments were booked. After waiting a bit, it seemed like the last appointment was canceled. I asked if I could just get an eyebrow wax, but the staff refused and mentioned they couldn't schedule appointments after 7:46. I just recently finished my master lash course with Michael. And when I tell you, he is phenomenal! He took his time, taught me everything from staying patient and focusing on skill & quality rather than pace, and provided me with all the materials I needed to practice on my own. His studio was BEAUTIFUL and so aesthetic! I could tell building a connection was genuinely important to him and could feel he wanted me to succeed on the highest level possible! I am beyond grateful I found him and HIGHLY recommend!!
