No beverages or snacks are offered, which is quite unusual considering the amount of time and money clients invest in their hair treatments. It's important to consider customer experience and satisfaction, not just focusing on financial gains.
I walked into the salon on a bustling Saturday without an appointment for the first time. Despite the busy schedule, they managed to fit me in before the next appointment. My stylist multitasked efficiently, working on my hair while attending to her original client. After a brief wait, she completed my hair transformation.
