I only had to wait a few minutes before Janet came to welcome me. I swiftly felt comfortable and confident in my decision. She was fantastic, approachable, and engaging. After showing her some reference images, she attentively listened, provided some suggestions, and then worked her magic. I was overjoyed and satisfied with the outcome! She did an exceptional job. The ambiance of the salon was delightful, and all the staff members were welcoming. It's clear why it has such high ratings. The entire experience was delightful, and I intend to return in the future.
