I contacted them today for a walk-in appointment. The man on the phone was polite and asked if he could text me later about matching me with an available artist. An artist then messaged me, requesting pictures of what I wanted and what I needed covered up. When I confirmed, the man replied, "This will be an appointment with me." I inquired about scheduling as a new client, but he never responded. It seems they were not interested in my business. While I understand the possibility of not having walk-in availability, at least take the time to respond to a potential customer regarding scheduling. I would have been willing to wait. Not recommended.
