I've searched for a skilled stylist for 7 years. Had my first appointment with Alex yesterday. Showed her pictures and explained my preferences. She carefully considered the photos and my input. Alex is honest about what will look good and what won't. She understands your hair and gives you a cut that suits you best. I am thoroughly impressed with her work. I leave the salon looking and feeling like a new person. Received many compliments on my haircut and color. Plus, she is a kind and talented individual. She is passionate about her work, and it reflects in the results. I am a loyal customer.

I contacted them today for a walk-in appointment. The man on the phone was polite and asked if he could text me later about matching me with an available artist. An artist then messaged me, requesting pictures of what I wanted and what I needed covered up. When I confirmed, the man replied, "This will be an appointment with me." I inquired about scheduling as a new client, but he never responded. It seems they were not interested in my business. While I understand the possibility of not having walk-in availability, at least take the time to respond to a potential customer regarding scheduling. I would have been willing to wait.
