I arrived late for my appointment and requested a refund or reschedule, but per their policy, it wasn't possible. I was quite upset at that moment, but I opted to proceed with my appointment. Due to time constraints, instead of the usual hour, I only had 30 minutes. During my session, my massage therapist delivered professional care and was very compassionate. She managed to alleviate the pent-up stress, and I no longer felt distressed about my tardiness. It was a truly transformative experience!
I appreciate the ambiance they had crafted. The waiting area was so inviting and snug. The team members were warm and provided top-notch customer care. While waiting, there were treats and tea on offer. You even got to slip into slippers they supplied, and the facilities were impeccably clean. The only thing I wish they offered was a couples' massage.
Marvelous ambiance with a cozy fire and tea! I adore visiting this place, and the services are exceptional. I regularly book sessions with LaKisha for eyebrow styling, and I highly recommend her. I'm quite particular about my brows, and her meticulousness always leaves them looking flawless!
