I arrived late for my appointment and requested a refund or reschedule, but per their policy, it wasn't possible. I was quite upset at that moment, but I opted to proceed with my appointment. Due to time constraints, instead of the usual hour, I only had 30 minutes. During my session, my massage therapist delivered professional care and was very compassionate. She managed to alleviate the pent-up stress, and I no longer felt distressed about my tardiness. It was a truly transformative experience!About
