I don’t post on Yelp, but I wanted to give a shoutout to my hairstylist Malik. I have been visiting him for trims and color for around 6 months now, and my curls have never looked better. As a Hispanic woman, it's rare for me to trust someone with my hair, so the fact that I trust him with its health means a lot. Malik is always receptive to my ideas, and his energy is always positive. I eagerly anticipate my next appointment.
I had a fantastic experience with Brandon, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I was searching for a new skincare routine to address my skin concerns, and he guided me to products that perfectly suited my needs. He thoroughly explained each product's benefits to me. The store was impeccably clean, and all the team members were exceptionally welcoming and kind. I highly recommend this particular location.
I visited the shop on August 14 solely to make a return. It took half an hour just to complete the return process. The attendant seemed clueless even though I had the receipt on my phone. She claimed the screen wasn't bright enough. Despite adjusting my settings, she still struggled. She could have easily manually entered the numbers, but another unhelpful employee had to step in. Deciding to browse and repurchase some items, I queued up again for 20 minutes to reach the initial attendant, who led me to one register, then realized it wasn't working due to a technical issue, and laughed it off. She then directed me to another register that functioned properly. They mentioned passing me back to the first attendant, who couldn't handle my return correctly. Frustrated, I informed them I had to leave. Their inefficiency made me late for a crucial appointment, and I didn't end up buying anything. These employees require retraining on handling returns efficiently. While they may start work at 10, I had been up since two. I don't have the luxury to waste time while they joke around and move slowly. This is probably one of the worst stores of this chain I've visited. To top it off, they had the nerve to wish me a great day after wasting 45 minutes of my time, leaving me empty-handed. Pretty sure that's not a great day.
