Description of complaint: I visited a spa for a full body massage priced at $65, not my first visit. During the session, the masseuse attempted to converse with me in a language I didn't understand, interrupting my relaxation. Confusion arose when, post-massage, I was informed of an additional $45 charge for an extended session I never agreed to. Despite the language barrier explanation, I reluctantly paid the increased fee but expressed dissatisfaction with the communication and service. I seek a refund of the extra charge.
The spa provides a serene environment and accommodating service even without appointments. The 2-hour massage package (1 hour foot, 1 hour body) for $100 is highly recommended for a rejuvenating experience.
