I absolutely adore this Sports Clips spot and particularly visit here to see Jordan. Jordan is incredibly skilled at their craft and always greets me and others warmly. Their work is consistently excellent, and they go the extra mile for me, other customers, and their colleagues. They are incredibly personable, and I've observed that they always assist their coworkers with whatever they need to excel in their roles. They are highly professional, compassionate, respectful, and authentic to everyone. I intend to continue getting my hair styled by them for as long as possible.
My child's haircut turned out well. Their stylist was fantastic and very friendly. However, it was another stylist, Taylor, who was extremely rude while cutting someone else's hair. There was a complete lack of empathy in their approach. I had my well-behaved 4-year-old with me, and I was closely monitoring their actions. The stylist in question inquired about my other child's hair, glanced away for a moment, and then scolded me for not paying attention. My child was simply playing with a toy that the stylist had given them, a noisy toy dinosaur/block. They were not causing any disruption, and there was no one else in the waiting area. The stylist was overly tense and overly focused on my child instead of attending to the man in their chair. I instructed my child to return the toy so we could leave. As they were politely placing the toy back, the stylist overreacted, approached us, and demanded, not so kindly, that we move away from the counter. Firstly, the counter is small, and secondly, my child was not even entirely behind it and was simply returning THEIR toy to its designated spot. I am uncertain if I will return to this location if that stylist is present.
The haircut was satisfactory, but the beard trim was subpar. Upon returning home, I had to make some adjustments. It's a decent place to visit overall. However, if you're seeking a quality beard trim and touch-up, it's advisable to go to a barber.
