After losing my mom to breast cancer and being at high risk for it myself, my doctors recommended I get a preventative double mastectomy with reconstruction. Between Dr. Kort and Dr. Ruter, I was very well taken care of! I asked a million questions, and Dr. Ruter and the beyond phenomenal and caring RN Josie Egerbrecht (cannot say enough about how amazing she is!) were so patient and helpful through all of it. They made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything all the way up to having the procedure, after the procedure, and since. I never felt rushed through any questions or pushed into any decision, and being a very private and modest person, I was constantly reassured by their absolute professionalism and manner of seeing me as a person - not a chart. The entire office was kind, positive, and just made for a very comfortable environment - everyone at the desk, Christine in scheduling and insurance, and two other nurses that I’m sad I didn’t catch their names were also amazing. I visited a spa for a full body massage priced at $65, not my first visit. During the session, the masseuse attempted to converse with me in a language I didn't understand, interrupting my relaxation. Confusion arose when, post-massage, I was informed of an additional $45 charge for an extended session I never agreed to. Despite the language barrier explanation, I reluctantly paid the increased fee but expressed dissatisfaction with the communication and service. Linda Johnson is professional, welcoming, supportive. Her whole demeanor makes you relax before she evens starts your massage. The setting is the most relaxing setting I have ever experienced at a massage parlor. The oils she uses are amazing. Her technique is also just incredible. Alex is absolutely outstanding! I have visited numerous lash technicians, and either my extensions would come off quickly or they wouldn't meet my expectations. Alex understands precisely what I desire, my extensions last well over two weeks without needing a refill, and I am incredibly grateful I discovered them! Their salon is charming and spotless, creating a homely atmosphere! I would recommend Alex to anyone without hesitation, rating them 11/10! 💞
