I used to frequent this salon when it had different management, but ceased when it was sold and I was dissatisfied with the new proprietors. After a disappointing experience with gel powder from another salon, I returned to Millenium to find it under new ownership. Despite not having an appointment, I was accommodated by Billy, who assured me that if my polish didn't last flawlessly for at least three weeks, I could receive a refund. Skeptical due to previous bad experiences, I was pleasantly surprised when my nails stayed perfect for three weeks and even lasted close to six weeks with minimal wear. I now exclusively book appointments with Billy for my nails, and my sister-in-law sees his wife, Maya, who is also skilled. Billy's expertise in nail colors and trends, as well as his ability to bring my vision to life for special events, have made me a loyal customer. Highly recommend their services.

I have frequented this nail salon in the past and had positive experiences, but my most recent visit was disappointing. I went in for what I thought would be a simple fill-in for my nail extensions, only to be informed that the dip powder needed to be fully removed. While waiting for the removal process, I opted to have my eyebrows waxed, which went smoothly except for wax getting stuck in my hair. When it was time to get my nails done, the technician, Diana, appeared inexperienced and rushed. She accidentally nicked me multiple times with tools that seemed worn, causing significant pain. The application of my nail extensions was sloppy and uneven, with repeated attempts due to issues with the powder. The overall result was a subpar manicure, a waste of time and money, and a sense of disappointment. Although Diana was friendly, better communication about her level of experience or training would have been appreciated. I have decided not to return to this salon.

On my last three visits to Millennium Nails for a basic manicure, I experienced cuticle cuts that led to bleeding. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, the cut became infected, causing pain and swelling that I have been treating at home. While the nail services are well-done and my manicures are beautiful, the rushed service has resulted in multiple injuries. I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, but I felt compelled to warn other customers and urge the salon to prioritize quality over speed, especially when handling cuticles.
