This was my second visit here. I decided to give them another chance after a subpar experience the first time, thinking it might have been an off day. Unfortunately, the dip powder application was clumpy, uneven, and extended over the edges of my nails. Moreover, the electric nail file accidentally grazed my finger twice, resulting in burns/cuts that required bandages. There's a definite need for more training for your staff. Dealing with the uneven powder alone would have been bearable, but sustaining painful cuts on my fingers is unacceptable.
I've been a loyal customer at Sarah's for well over 7 years and have NEVER had a negative experience (the salon is consistently tidy and efficiently managed). As soon as I step through the door, everyone knows me by name and greets me warmly. Sarah is always in high spirits! The service has always been exceptional. My manicures and pedicures last for a minimum of two weeks (pedicures even longer). It's convenient for me to pop in during my lunch break for a gel manicure and be in and out in under an hour. The 10-minute massage is my favorite. Keep up the fantastic work, Sarah and team.
Jane Smith Extremely professional and welcoming, the team is always eager to assist with even the smallest details. The pricing was fair, and there was absolutely no pressure to tip, which actually made me want to tip more. Vicky is fantastic; she's consistently kind to me.
