I used to frequent this salon when it had different management, but ceased when it was sold and I was dissatisfied with the new proprietors. After a disappointing experience with gel powder from another salon, I returned to Millenium to find it under new ownership. Despite not having an appointment, I was accommodated by Billy, who assured me that if my polish didn't last flawlessly for at least three weeks, I could receive a refund. Skeptical due to previous bad experiences, I was pleasantly surprised when my nails stayed perfect for three weeks and even lasted close to six weeks with minimal wear. I now exclusively book appointments with Billy for my nails, and my sister-in-law sees his wife, Maya, who is also skilled. Billy's expertise in nail colors and trends, as well as his ability to bring my vision to life for special events, have made me a loyal customer. I had never had my eyebrows done professionally before, and I ran into Taylor a week ago while shopping at Sephora with some friends. They had an impressive knowledge of makeup and graciously helped all of us. After suggesting a product for my sparse brows, they offered to assist me further. I felt an immediate sense of trust in them, and during my appointment, they tinted and shaped my brows. The result is incredibly natural, and I feel confident in how they look. This was my second visit here. I decided to give them another chance after a subpar experience the first time, thinking it might have been an off day. Unfortunately, the dip powder application was clumpy, uneven, and extended over the edges of my nails. Moreover, the electric nail file accidentally grazed my finger twice, resulting in burns/cuts that required bandages. There's a definite need for more training for your staff.
