Avoid this place. Requests were ignored, $10 tip felt insufficient for a $130 service. One of my fingers is still healing after the skin was ripped off. An unpleasant incident occurred during my visit. Despite clearly stating no dip or gel and no drilling, it was still done. The hand and foot massage was subpar. I won't be returning as the skilled manicurist was absent.
My visits here have always been fantastic, whether it's been 3 or 4 times. Making an appointment is recommended, especially for a Saturday. Despite potential wait times, the experience is worth it. Masks are still required. Henry provides exceptional foot and leg massages. They are also great with kids' manicures and pedicures.
Repeatedly communicated my preferences but they were not followed. Nails were painted poorly, with visible gaps. The nail design was botched, and four of my fingers were cut. I was overcharged for a basic pedicure. Disappointed with the service received for the $120 paid. I will not be returning.
