Absolutely disappointed, visited from afar while my spouse underwent dental work. Opted for a pampering session, but left regretful. Uneven nails, failed design attempt, persistent persuasion for alternate designs. Acrylic full set with gel polish and pedicure with standard polish. Chilly water in the pedicure tub, met with annoyance when addressed. Nails barely trimmed, necessitating future cutting. Forced into white polish due to lack of options. Deplorable, unhygienic setting devoid of luxury - a shoddy hole-in-the-wall. $50 may suffice for a rushed job, but not for me. Polite nail technician, yet unsanitary conditions incited fear of infection. Praying for cleanliness, every surface grimy. Disturbing encounter at the payment counter - bugs crawling about. Scrubbing my body feels imperative after this ordeal. Desired design versus actual result, only captured a glimpse due to unsanitary conditions. Disgust heightened by mysterious liquid added to pedicure water.
