This shop seemed peaceful and reasonably priced initially, but I was taken aback by the additional fees added at the end. They failed to disclose charges based on nail length and shape. What I anticipated as a $30 nail service ended up costing around $50 with a tip. Despite their pleasant demeanor, I left feeling let down. I had hoped to make this my go-to nail salon, but the undisclosed fees may deter me from returning.
I absolutely adore this establishment! They handle my toenails with precision, always exceeding my expectations. Their meticulous work on my ingrown toenails is commendable. Each visit ensures my eyebrows are flawlessly groomed. Hannah, Nam, and Kevin truly excel in their craft.
I paid $30 for a pedicure and $40 for a manicure with dip. Regrettably, I will not be returning, especially for the pedicure service. There was no foot massage, the nail trimming was haphazard, my feet were not adequately soaked, and my shins went unwashed. After the nail polish application, they neglected to apply nail oil. This experience was disappointing and will also be my last.
