I was pleasantly amazed by the exceptional service provided by Patricia. The nail salon I've been seeking, with its cleanliness, cozy ambiance, and proximity to my residence, has finally been discovered.
I visited the establishment on Monday (5 days ago) for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. Upon entering, I sensed that the staff was relatively young, possibly at the outset of their careers in the field - which is perfectly acceptable, but it felt somewhat disorganized. While my pedicure was satisfactory, my manicure was disappointing. It's now cracking and thin, with three different square shapes evident. The filing is uneven, resulting in a bumpy finish. Typically, dip manicures at other salons last 3 weeks. Regrettably, I'll need to have my nails redone in the coming days. I'm greatly dissatisfied with my initial visit and will not be returning due to the subpar quality.
This new salon offers top-notch service delivered by Samantha. She dedicates ample time to each manicure and pedicure, ensuring that you depart with flawless nails! I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
