My appointment lasted 5 long hours. The stylist who did my hair lacked qualifications. She admitted to having less than a year of experience in hairdressing. Unfortunately, my hair ended up over-processed with various shades of blonde, including a significant amount of yellow tones. Despite her attempt to tone it, the outcome resembled a DIY box dye job. To add to my dismay, the bleach also ruined my new sweater on its first wear. Upon expressing my extreme dissatisfaction, the owner's offer to re-tone my hair would not resolve the issue.
