I scheduled an appointment due to the proximity to my residence, as the usual spot is a 45-minute drive away. The location is charming and welcoming. I took my daughter there on a Friday and, while waiting, I booked an appointment for myself the following week. Unfortunately, by Friday evening, her lashes began falling out. Come Saturday morning, her entire right eye had barely any lashes left. I called the establishment and left a voicemail before driving over. Upon arrival, the individual who did her lashes was just arriving, and I expressed my concerns. They recommended returning at 12:30 for a consultation on the next steps. Upon our return and after she took my daughter back, she mentioned she could only work on her lashes for 30 minutes. At this point, I just wanted her lashes fixed as she had a homecoming event in 2 hours. She did what she could, and we left. However, by the time my daughter returned from homecoming, the lashes had started falling out again. By Sunday morning, the entire right eye that had been fixed was once again bare. I didn't have the energy to deal with it for two consecutive days, so I waited and called on Monday, leaving a message with the answering service and also writing a review. If I had taken the time to read the reviews beforehand, I would have chosen a different place. This establishment has numerous reviews detailing the same issues happening repeatedly to customers.
