Everything started off well. Taylor was friendly, and I shared some reference photos with her. After a quick shampoo, we began. Unfortunately, things took a turn. Without my glasses, I couldn't see clearly. As she cut my hair, I felt like she took off more than expected, leaving it uneven and overly layered. The appointment only lasted 20 minutes, and for $45, I expected a much better outcome. I won't return, and I'm still waiting to hear back about a possible refund. I'll attach photos of my hair and the inspiration pictures I provided. Disappointed with the results. Looks like I'll be growing out my hair from yet another disappointing cut.
Incredible salon with an amazing atmosphere. The energy, the service, and the experience of collaborating with my stylist, Alex, were exceptional. She was attentive, skilled, and insightful in understanding my vision and executed it perfectly! Definitely worth a visit😊…
The salon itself is vibrant and inviting. Jordan worked on my hair with minimal guidance. Opting for what I like to call a blend of classic and edgy for an upcoming event, we were both pleased with the result. Next time, I'm thinking blonde with a pop of color. A satisfied client here.
