Everything started off well. Taylor was friendly, and I shared some reference photos with her. After a quick shampoo, we began. Unfortunately, things took a turn. Without my glasses, I couldn't see clearly. As she cut my hair, I felt like she took off more than expected, leaving it uneven and overly layered. The appointment only lasted 20 minutes, and for $45, I expected a much better outcome. I won't return, and I'm still waiting to hear back about a possible refund. I'll attach photos of my hair and the inspiration pictures I provided. Disappointed with the results. Looks like I'll be growing out my hair from yet another disappointing cut.
