Had my hair styled by Aaron today and let me tell you, they are a pro! Listens attentively to your preferences and takes the time to explain each step. Highly recommend their services. Aaron gave me the best haircut I've ever had! You're amazing, Aaron!
Decided to go in for a makeup session before family photos, but it felt like the individual handling my makeup was inexperienced. They skipped priming my face, applied foundation unevenly, and left some areas unblended, resulting in a washed-out look. Towards the end, it seemed rushed as they had someone else apply my eyelashes while they tidied up. After paying and leaving, I checked myself in the car mirror and ended up in tears due to the poorly done makeup and falling eyelashes. The $81 service was definitely not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and seek out a true professional. Thankfully, I had time to redo everything at home before our photoshoot.
Just visited the store with my daughter to purchase some setting powder and create her own account. The cashier named Reed was quite impolite. Seemed annoyed to be there and it was evident in their interactions with customers. Given the holiday season, perhaps they should be assigned to tasks in the back or restocking shelves. They were definitely not welcoming. Looks like I'll be shopping at the Ulta in Prasada from now on.
