I'm absolutely livid right now, tears streaming down my face as I sit in my car!! I frequent this place often and have never encountered any issues before. However, this time, the individual at the front left of the salon, whom I recall seeing at a different salon long ago, rushed through the entire process. The application of acrylic was hasty, resulting in a thin bottom and a wide top. The filing was done so quickly that the shape was uneven on some nails. When I requested an ombré glitter design from a reference picture, she was dismissive and rude. The overall experience was atrocious, and I vow never to return to Pretty Q as long as she is employed there. It's a shame because the rest of the staff is competent, but she is utterly unsatisfactory and lacks concern for customers. Yvonne epitomizes professionalism. Her workspace is impeccably clean and one of the most hygienic environments I've encountered. I appreciate her use of pedicure liners for the chairs and individual sanitization packets for her tools, akin to those found in medical settings. I highly recommend Yvonne as your nail technician. If driving, head west on Bell Rd, turn left onto N Reems Rd, then turn left onto W Hearn Rd before reaching the destination at the intersection of W Hearn Rd and N Reems Rd.
