If driving, head west on Bell Rd, turn left onto N Reems Rd, then turn left onto W Hearn Rd before reaching the destination at the intersection of W Hearn Rd and N Reems Rd.

I'm absolutely livid right now, tears streaming down my face as I sit in my car!! I frequent this place often and have never encountered any issues before. However, this time, the individual at the front left of the salon, whom I recall seeing at a different salon long ago, rushed through the entire process. The application of acrylic was hasty, resulting in a thin bottom and a wide top. The filing was done so quickly that the shape was uneven on some nails. When I requested an ombré glitter design from a reference picture, she was dismissive and rude. The overall experience was atrocious, and I vow never to return to Pretty Q as long as she is employed there. It's a shame because the rest of the staff is competent, but she is utterly unsatisfactory and lacks concern for customers.
