We tried the Great Clips at Lindbergh/Baptist Church - new summer hours closing at 6 pm - it was 6:30... drove to the Sunset Hills location... walked in at 6:50... "sorry, we close at 7 pm"... still had time for my daughter's trim. But no! Following my pedicure, a week later! I used to be a regular monthly visitor, but the last two appointments had the same individual tending to my pedicure. The first time, the job was subpar, yet I hesitated to voice my dissatisfaction. Today, I called to express my discontent, but my concerns were not taken seriously. They only offered to add another layer of nail polish, which seemed illogical to me. Fortunately, there are numerous nail salons in the vicinity, so farewell.About
