Following my pedicure, a week later! I used to be a regular monthly visitor, but the last two appointments had the same individual tending to my pedicure. The first time, the job was subpar, yet I hesitated to voice my dissatisfaction. Today, I called to express my discontent, but my concerns were not taken seriously. They only offered to add another layer of nail polish, which seemed illogical to me. Fortunately, there are numerous nail salons in the vicinity, so farewell.
I always return to Jessa, she consistently exceeds expectations! She possesses remarkable skill in nail art and genuinely prioritizes the well-being of your natural nails. I've tried hard gel, dip powder, and acrylic manicures, and I consistently depart feeling satisfied.
My gel pedicure chipped off within a week (elsewhere, gel typically lasts for weeks!) My manicure had excessive layers, hindering proper drying, resulting in persistent smudging even after extended time under the fans. The staff was pleasant, but the experience did not justify the cost.
