We tried the Great Clips at Lindbergh/Baptist Church - new summer hours closing at 6 pm - it was 6:30... drove to the Sunset Hills location... walked in at 6:50... "sorry, we close at 7 pm"... still had time for my daughter's trim. But no! When I asked casually where else I could go since I just finished work, a rude older lady with dark hair said, "I don't know, but I've been here for 10 hours"... with this poor attitude and lack of service, I predict this place will shut down soon!
I logged in online, arrived at the spot around 10 (they opened at 9). One person ahead of us. Only one stylist was visible. They spent some time on the computer, then another 5-10 minutes vacuuming around their area and other seats. Surprised they had just one stylist on a Saturday and expected a quicker pace with three waiting. Opted out and went elsewhere.
I had a trim here a few months back. While waiting, an elderly man, possibly over 90, came in to ask about the wait time. He seemed hard of hearing. The stylist showed little patience and made fun of him for not hearing well. Her attitude towards him was very disrespectful. When he asked her to speak louder (since he couldn't hear), she didn't adjust. Witnessing this behavior, I won't be returning to this place.
