The first time, the job was subpar, yet I hesitated to voice my dissatisfaction. Today, I called to express my discontent, but my concerns were not taken seriously. We tried the Great Clips at Lindbergh/Baptist Church - new summer hours closing at 6 pm - it was 6:30... drove to the Sunset Hills location... walked in at 6:50... "sorry, we close at 7 pm"... still had time for my daughter's trim. But no!
