My time at this Ulta store was far from pleasant. It was my first visit to an Ulta Beauty outlet, and finding the products I needed was relatively easy. However, the issue arose with an employee who appeared to be the manager. When I went to pay for my items, I felt pressured to provide my contact details to complete the transaction. Despite my repeated rejections, my decision was not respected. Eventually, after much insistence, I was able to make my purchase, but the employee's behavior was rude and dismissive. This encounter left me feeling incredibly uneasy, and I have no intention of returning to this store.About
