Displeased with the service I received at your Sunnyvale Madison Reed Hair Salon on Monday, 8/12/24, during my 10:00 a.m. appointment. I came in for a complete hair color and blowout, expecting top-notch service. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, the stylist displayed impatience. Despite my minor tardiness of only seven minutes, she made an unnecessary fuss, creating an uncomfortable environment. No customer should be subjected to such treatment, especially considering the $189 charge for this disappointing experience. The final disappointment came during the blowout. Despite my specific request for volume and curls, I was left with a flat, lackluster style that bore no resemblance to my wishes. When I raised this concern and asked for curling irons, my request was disregarded, with the stylist claiming time constraints. The end result was completely unacceptable and marred my overall experience. I am deeply disheartened and frustrated by the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. This visit has soured any future appointments, as I will not be returning.
Absolutely adore this spot! Was quite nervous about going lighter and had some reservations!! But upon arrival, they guided me to the perfect shade and advised on what would suit me best. Thrilled with the outcome! Returned for a second time and left equally satisfied! They are all fantastic!
The team (especially Harper) are exceptional. My initial visit was met with fantastic suggestions when I was indecisive about the balayage color. Harper was very knowledgeable & courteous, ensuring I achieved the desired look. The camaraderie among the team is outstanding, with constant support & positivity. I've received numerous compliments on my hair color from strangers. Already anticipating my next visit with excitement.
