My time at this Ulta store was far from pleasant. It was my first visit to an Ulta Beauty outlet, and finding the products I needed was relatively easy. However, the issue arose with an employee who appeared to be the manager. When I went to pay for my items, I felt pressured to provide my contact details to complete the transaction. Despite my repeated rejections, my decision was not respected. Eventually, after much insistence, I was able to make my purchase, but the employee's behavior was rude and dismissive. This encounter left me feeling incredibly uneasy, and I have no intention of returning to this store.About

I've finally discovered a fantastic nail salon in my area. It's fresh, spotless, and far from the cramped, dingy spaces of many others nearby. Emma, the owner, is delightful and even offered her expert opinion when I couldn't decide on a nail color. The final result was stunning. The staff is exceptionally courteous and welcoming. The interior is modern, stylish, and adorned with tropical touches. Everything from the equipment to the decor is new, spotless, and up-to-date. The salon is situated in a recently built complex, in a prime location on El Camino but cleverly shielded from the noise. Ample parking is available in the complex, with additional street parking nearby in the residential area. Displeased with the service I received at your Sunnyvale Madison Reed Hair Salon on Monday, 8/12/24, during my 10:00 a.m. appointment. I came in for a complete hair color and blowout, expecting top-notch service. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.
Upon arrival, the stylist displayed impatience. Despite my minor tardiness of only seven minutes, she made an unnecessary fuss, creating an uncomfortable environment. No customer should be subjected to such treatment, especially considering the $189 charge for this disappointing experience.
The final disappointment came during the blowout. Despite my specific request for volume and curls, I was left with a flat, lackluster style that bore no resemblance to my wishes. When I raised this concern and asked for curling irons, my request was disregarded, with the stylist claiming time constraints. The end result was completely unacceptable and marred my overall experience. I am deeply disheartened and frustrated by the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. What a dreadful place to visit. She completely ruined my haircut and didn't even bother to blow dry my hair. The smell of smoke was overwhelming. She also neglected to wash her hands. The apron she used on me had a foul odor as well. When I brought up these issues, she was incredibly rude and told me to never return to her salon.
