I am still dealing with a severe breakout on my forehead above my eyebrows a week and a half later. Perhaps I should have emphasized more that I had never waxed my eyebrows before? Or mentioned my preferences for shape and avoiding pulling above my eyebrows? The lack of communication and consultation during the process was disappointing. I wish there had been a discussion about the procedure and the products being used. There was no consideration for my first-time experience, and now it will be my last. Receiving a rude comment about my eyebrows not being symmetrical in the middle of the session was disheartening. Instead of feeling empowered and confident after my appointment, I left feeling less sure of myself. As women in the beauty industry, it is important to uplift and empower clients. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this establishment.
